Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the continuing congressional process.
